Refund Policy

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit (AS OF NOVEMBER 2020).


  • Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be in original condition and will not be accepted for used or worn merchandise. 
  1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.
  2. Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
  3. As of November 2020, The Bold Bands no longer offers free returns. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s).
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
  • You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
